For welding sockets on to double-wall pipes, triple-wall pipes, multi-layer pipes as well as single-wall pipes, in PP and PE.

Rotation welding of sockets to plastic pipes is the best way to attach sockets to pipes. The machines use a spinning head to create friction between the pipe and the socket. This friction gives heat to melt the plastic pipe and socket together. The machines work fully-automatically in line process with automatic socket-loading. Compared to other systems this system has many benefits. The rotation-welding system gives strong, tight and reliable joints that conforms with all the requirements of the new European standards. Keeps the speed of the corrugator, and allows a quick changeover between dimensions.

Our new RWM 600 machine with new pipe-conveyer system, new spin weld head and new automatic socket loading. All position movements along the table are controlled by “walking beans”.

AUTOMATIC BELLING MACHINES

The system integrates the seal into the pipe socket during manufacture.
The seal and mandrel act together to form the pipe during pipe manufacture.
With seals like Forsheda F 605 Sewer-Lock ™ the machine is suitable for plastic pipes for indoor and underground wastewater applications and for cable protection.
With seals like Forsheda F 601 Power-Lock ™ the machine can also be used for plastic pressure pipes.

Pipe dimensions from Ø110mm up to Ø800 mm for sewer pipes, from Ø50 mm up to Ø710 for pressure pipes.
