| Injection Moulding
 Injection moulding facilitates the inexpensive and durable construction of many consumer and industrial products.At Lycro we manufacture; covers, gears,pipe parts, chair seats,boxes, valves, handles, switches, frames, cones, various housings and containers.
Injection moulding offers many advantages to alternative manufacturing methods,the production rates are high, a high level of design flexibility, a wide range of materials can be processed, labour costs are low and as scrap can be recycled there are minimal scrap losses. Furthermore, there is hardly any finishing of parts needed.
With 22 injection moulding machines, with a capacity from 1g to 11kg, and clamping pressure from 45 to 1500 tons,
Lycro can deliver a wide range of parts: from pipe parts (sockets, branches, bends)to chair seats, various
housings and containers. Most of our machinery is equipped with robots, for better handling and packaging.
Injection moulds with weight up to 12 tons can be used in our largest injection moulding machine.

Assembly  We assemble parts in our own factory, or in cooperation with local working partners. Examples: Inserting bushings, assembly of pipe sockets with seals, etc. |
Employees  We have well qualified personnel, in all of our operations, their knowledge of injection moulding, and the process behind the final product and quality control and handling, is outstanding.
Our employees work in 3-shifts, 5 days a week, and even more in high intensity periods. |

 In cooperation with our customers, we want to deliver high quality products. We carry out control of produced parts. This is part of our ISO-9001 certification.

Environment
 Most of our waste, is recycled. This includes paper, cardboard, plastics and steel.
This is in accordance with our ISO-14000 certification. |
